Payment for services is due at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed. We accept various payment methods as indicated on our platform. All prices are in Euros (EUR) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee for most of our services. If you are not satisfied with your coaching experience, you may request a refund within 30 days of your first session. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to our customer service team.

Subscription services may be cancelled at any time, but no refunds will be provided for partial billing periods. Your access to subscription services will continue until the end of your current billing period.
